15:2-3 _ those who conquer the beast and the beast’s image and the number of the beast’s name, will have harps! (and they will sing the song of Moses, and the song of the Lamb).
15:8 _ smoke from the glory of God makes it impossible to enter the sanctuary.
16:9, 11, 21 _ people refuse to repent, and curse God (these folks are NOT like the men of Nineveh _ see Luke 11:32).
17:3 _ an angel carries John away in the Spirit into a wilderness.
17:9 _ ‘this calls for a mind with wisdom.’ (pause and ask yourself, ‘what is a mind with wisdom‘? …If your answer doesn’t thoroughly aligned with the following archetype then you’re off target – – – > the true paradigm of greatness [the greatest person in our midst is the slave/servant of all], investing most heavily in the lives of sojourners, widows, and orphans, and cultivating a truly meaty and mature life of holiness [the unpretentious misfit lifestyle, enigmatic value system, counter cultural priorities, unostentatious and gritty study habits, and distinctive Matthew 13:34 teaching methodology of Jesus of Nazareth].
17:14 _ people who make war on the Lamb. WHO are these people? …they are the people who reject and refuse the emphatic and wholehearted invitation of John 4:29.
17:17 _ God has put it into their hearts to carry out His purpose by being of one mind and handing over their royal power to the beast, until the words of God are fulfilled (#Genesis 50:20 and Romans 8:28!?!?).
All of chapter 18 _ this is Babylon NOW (vrs. Babylon in the days of Jeremiah 29).
19:7 _ the marriage of the Lamb has come.
19:9-10 _ The angel said John, “Write this: Blessed are those who are invited to the marriage supper of the Lamb.” And the angel said to John, “These are the true words of God.” Then I fell down at his feet to worship him, but he said to me, “You must not do that! I am a fellow servant with you and your brothers who hold to the testimony of Jesus. Worship God.” For the testimony of Jesus is the spirit of prophecy.
19:11-16 _ Then I saw heaven opened, and behold, a white horse! The one sitting on it is called Faithful and True, and in righteousness He judges and makes war. His eyes are like a flame of fire, and on His head are many diadems, and He has a name written that no one knows but Himself. He is clothed in a robe dipped in blood, and the name by which He is called is The Word of God. And the armies of heaven, arrayed in fine linen, white and pure, were following him on white horses. From His mouth comes a sharp sword with which to strike down the nations, and He will rule them with a rod of iron. He will tread the winepress of the fury of the wrath of God the Almighty. On His robe and on His thigh He has a name written, King of kings and Lord of lords.
19:17-21 _ BIRD FEEDERS.
20:3 _ the dragon, the ancient serpent, who is the devil and Satan …he’s been captured so that he may not deceive the nations any longer, but HE MUST BE RELEASED FOR A LITTLE WHILE (?????????)!
20:4 _ people who had been beheaded for the testimony of Jesus and for the Word of God – came back to life and reigned!!!!!!?????!!!!
21:3-7 _ And I heard a loud voice from the throne saying, “Behold, the dwelling place of God is with man. He will dwell with them, and they will be His people, and God Himself will be with them as their God. He will wipe away every tear from their eyes, and death shall be no more, neither shall there be mourning, nor crying, nor pain anymore, for the former things have passed away.” And He who was seated on the throne said, “Behold, I am making all things new.” Also He said, “Write this down, for these words are trustworthy and true.” And he said to me, “It is done! I am the Alpha and the Omega, the beginning and the end. To the thirsty I will give from the spring of the water of life without payment. The one who conquers will have this heritage, and I will be his God and he will be My son.
21:22-27 _ And I saw no temple in the city, for its temple is the Lord God the Almighty and the Lamb. And the city has no need of sun or moon to shine on it, for the glory of God gives it light, and its lamp is the Lamb. By its light will the nations walk, and the kings of the earth will bring their glory into it, and its gates will never be shut by day—and there will be no night there. They will bring into it the glory and the honor of the nations. But nothing unclean will ever enter it, nor anyone who does what is detestable or false, but only those who are written in the Lamb’s book of life.
22:1-5 _ Then the angel showed me the river of the water of life, bright as crystal, flowing from the throne of God and of the Lamb through the middle of the street of the city; also, on either side of the river, the tree of life with its twelve kinds of fruit, yielding its fruit each month. The leaves of the tree were for the healing of the nations. No longer will there be anything accursed, but the throne of God and of the Lamb will be in it, and his servants will worship him. They will see his face, and his name will be on their foreheads. And night will be no more. They will need no light of lamp or sun, for the Lord God will be their light, and they will reign forever and ever.
22:8-9 _ John falls down to worship at the feet of the angel, but the angel says, “You must not do that! I am a fellow servant with you and your brothers the prophets, and with those who keep the words of this book. Worship God.”
22:11 _ And the angel tells John, “Let the evildoer still do evil, and the filthy still be filthy, and the righteous still do right, and the holy still be holy.” !!!!!!??????!!!!!!!??????
22:17 _ The Spirit and the Bride say, “Come.” And let the one who hears say, “Come.” And let the one who is thirsty come; let the one who desires take the water of life without price.
