- What are some things that have happened in your life that seem purposeless? How might God be working through these unexpected means?
- Identify some ways in your life that you are overly preoccupied with outward
appearances. In other words, how do you wrongly “judge books by their covers”? - What’s going on in your heart that you don’t want anyone to see? What are those few sins in your life that you don’t want anyone to know about? Does God see this stuff?
- In what ways have you underestimated the person & power of the Holy Spirit?
- What will it take for you to consider our church a “success”? Do you think this is how God measures success? How is God calling you to contribute to that success?
