1 Thessalonians 2:8 says, “Being affectionately desirous of you, we were ready to share with you not only the gospel of God but also our own selves, because you had become very dear to us.”

One of the best ways to deepen friendships, galvanize fellowship, and fortify our familial bond in Christ is through gathering for volunteer workdays. Interacting with one another on Sunday mornings and at Life Group is fantastic, but there are certain parts of people’s personalities that you can’t experience until you hang-out with them pulling weeds, spreading mulch, hanging barn doors, and installing changing tables. Moreover, ever since acquiring the 10101 property ECPC gets to cultivate, beautify, and steward a haven of truth and goodness for all the residents and sojourners of ECLT! When we gather to subjugate and beautify the 10101 estates, we work heartily knowing that various groups and organizations utilize this place as a venue for renewal, artistry, and edification. For instance, on any given week the property known as 10101 is a magical meeting place for The Queen City Juvenile Bagpipe & Drum Band, sundry Bible study groups, a Nepali Church community, Eastside Young Lives ministry to teen moms, various people in need of counsel, rising adult gatherings, discussion forums, neighborhood association meetings, AA groups, and ECPC’s weekly worship gathering! In a nutshell, there is really no better way for you to invest your energy from 8a – 12noon on Saturday October 9th
