- Does it stun you to see that Jesus could have opted NOT to experience ALL the temptations and stresses of life, but – shockingly – He chose to?
- If you were to let yourself become fixated on the fact that Jesus has chosen to sympathize with you in your weakness and limitations, how might that help you weather stress?
- When was a time you thoroughly prayed AND operated shrewdly? What are 5 stories in Scripture that display a robust blend of supplication and shrewdness?
- Read Heb. 11:27; 12:2; 1 Peter 1:8; and 2 Cor. 4:18. Talk to a dear friend or relative about your impressions of these passages.
