  1. When was a time you resolved to deal with a massive internal problem? How’d it go? …What specific and substantial commitments did you have to make in order to follow through until it was finished?
  2. What kind of complications and confusions did you encounter as you were dealing with the problem
  3. When was a time you knew a confrontation wasn’t going to go well, but you tried anyway?
  4. Read Psalm 105:16-22, and then honestly ask yourself this question, “Does God deliberately employ messy methods to pull off His plans?”
